or a rookie trainer
If you can slam a revolving door
Or just want to be able to slam a door

Ages 10 and upwards are welcome

Unit 2 is 3000 sq ft of awesome HITT kit which includes

  • Battle Ropes
  • Prowler
  • Sled
  • Astroturf
  • Crash Mats
  • Sledgehammers
  • HIIT Mill
  • Assault Bike
  • Boxing Bags

Some or all of these may appear at some point

All with the sole intention of making sure you use every muscle and burn a ton of calories
