Why are you cancelling?

Just so you know, I have had the cancellation nightmare's at other gyms I was a member of before I opened Ministry. I decided that we would have a no quibble cancellation policy. So you don't need to make up a reason.

We will ALWAYS cancel but what would be helpful is to know exactly why you are leaving. I won't be offended, and hopefully can improve the gym in the future.
