Its not just about getting HENCH or being as big as possible
Building muscle is a healthy and positive action. There are a multitude of health benefits from training to increase or maintain muscle mass to some degree.
If you’re an older person then sarcopenia (muscle loss through ageing) is a real prospect that can lead on to other health issues which can be offset via weight training.
But if your goal IS to be as HENCH as possible or get some rock solid glutes or arms or abs then we also see the benefit to that. Who are we to argue? We LOVE building muscle and lifting heavy weights.
