We take our member experience very seriously
Unlike normal commercial gyms we do not have a policy of ‘Stack Em High Sell Em Cheap’
This business model is geared towards maximal revenue with no consideration for the members
An overcrowded gym is an awful member experience and ultimately means that you cannot train how you want to.
We don’t believe this is putting the customer first.
Therefore we have placed a member cap on how many active members we allow at one time.
We have a specific number of selected memberships – most of which are the monthly Direct Debit option.
Once these memberships are all taken we operate a waiting list for new members – See below.
If you are not currently a member you can:
- Attend with an existing member using their guest option – this is a day pass rate of £8 and lasts all day. You’ll need to register first
- Pre Book a session in advance by calling us beforehand – you need to register on our system first – then we can book you in using our membership system. You can then pay on the counter or via our app.
